Customer Service Specialist. A little apprehensive at first as I could not see in me what my peers saw however it is safe to say I have never looked back.
I feel very fortunate to work alongside some of the most professional & skillful in our industry. Berry Gokoolparsadh
Born in South Africa and moved to Australia in 1999 with my husband and two daughters.
Seeking a new and better life in Australia, my first years in Australia saw me taking care of my girls, and getting them settled into a new way of life.
Working casually at the Sydney Girls High canteen, Australian Defence Force, TNT Australia Shipping and Canadian Embassy to build up work experience.
Fortunate enough to be interviewed at 电竞玩家周先生 by Tony Larkin and Andrew Crawford in 2002 and the rest is history.
In this year 2020 still being part of the 电竞玩家周先生 Family enjoying every moment with the best team ever. Now I work part time that fits in well with my work life balance.

电竞玩家周先生 Australia marks 10 years of creating industry pathways
‘Go back 20 years and you would not find supply chain management or transport and logistics as part of an
undergraduate or post graduate degree in Australia. At best, there was a subject relating to globalisation that

The Department of Transport and Main Roads
(TMR) partners with the transport and logistics industry and universities through the Transfutures internship program. The program encourages careers in the industry and raises awareness of the wide variety of opportunities available, while offering undergraduate students industry-based work experience placements where they can apply knowledge gained at university to real world situations.

board to support the Transfutures internship
program, hosting the first intern in 2010. Since then
they have provided internships for an additional 10
students, who have succeeded in developing their
careers in roles across industry, such as:

Lee Shou Xian (pictured) completed his internship with 电竞玩家周先生 in 2019 and is now working with the Townsville warehouse team.

Les Bryant completed his internship in 2013, and went on to be promoted to Warehouse Supervisor, managing a team of more than 10 staff, providing 3PL services to customers across the healthcare, retail and building and construction sectors.
